i made lemon sugar cookies yesterday and they’re INCREDIBLE

any changes i made:
- changed 2 tbsp vanilla essence to 1tbsp vanilla, 1tbsp lemon essence
- i ran out of lemon juice, so it was 2/3 so i just added some oat milk then
- i cooked them for at least 15 mins and kept an eye on them, the recipe only says 8 minutes… no thanks
