If you’re concerned about being housebound with an abusive individual/s you must contact REFUGE on their open 24/7 HELPLINE: 0808 2000 247. Or visit http://www.refuge.org.uk . HOME SECRETARY stated on the 29th March that if victims of abuse CAN leave their homes during lockdown.
