@DVLAgovuk my DL is due to expire on 9th May. The website will not let me renew online despite providing passport details etc - it says my DP has expired (which it hasn't). I am struggling to get to a PO to renew in person due to living in rural Cornwall. What do I do?

I have tried to contact via email - says use online chat.
Online chat says no one there, use website.
Website doesn't answer query.
I'm not a key worker right now, so shouldn't phone you. I may be required to drive for work soon though due to COVID-19 response.
What next?

Obv I add my passport number in there. That is valid until Jan 2029.
