3/ Here’s Q1 in full 
25% of transfers now get to their destination in less than 20 seconds (up +1.5% from last Q).
This was mainly due to the roll out of instant payments to Mexico for all transfers up to $1000USD; and significant improvements across Asian countries.

- 36% of transfers to Pakistan
- 56% of transfers to Sri Lanka
- 15% of transfers to Thailand
Are now instant.
Oh. And 90% of transfers to Japan are now near-instant – i.e. in less than 60 seconds.

A bug that failed to account for daylight savings caused the accuracy for our estimations to decline. Only this time, transfers were being delivered earlier than what we expected.

Average price is marginally down to 0.74%, as we significantly lowered fees to send money to Asian countries, namely to PHP

We’ve started moving Belgian customers to our Belgian license; and we’ll soon do the same to all EEA customers.

Servers are surviving the growth. Better than ever, now that 98% of ~320 services have been migrated to kubernetes and Amazon AWS.

We’ve increased our capacity of ID reviews by 50% so that new customers get started on TransferWise faster.

18/ Did I mention that we’re very much hiring? We have 148 roles open in London, Tallinn, Budapest, Singapore, NYC and we’re onboarding joiners remotely for now.
