We are conducting a study on how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting you. If you are 18 or over and are interested in taking part in the study, click on the link below. (1/4)

The survey will likely take about 40 minutes. The survey includes questions about who you are, how you are feeling physically and emotionally, and your level of stress. You will also be asked questions about your relationships and home life. (2/4)

Thanks for the great response so far! If you haven't already completed the survey please consider doing so. To answer a ? that has come up, the survey is open to ANYONE ANYWHERE who is 18 or over- not just US citizens/ residents. However, the survey is only available in English.
