I know this is literally specifically not the content you signed up for but.... remember to get enough sleep eat enough and stay hydrated when ur exercising otherwise ur tiredness will be disproportionate to the hardness of ur exercise and you won’t know how good the exercise was
For example, hot yoga (so fun maybe! People prolly genuinely enjoy it!! U should do it if u like it!) FEELS extremely insanely hard and exhausting Bc u sweat a lot and get dehydrated but that’s not necessarily reflective of how “good” of a workout it is
This also means that feeling of deep exhausted ness isn’t necessarily a good thing or doesn’t have to be a goal! You might have just done the best workout ever but u feel great because u really got enough sleep and ate a lot and had water!!
You could be dead tired from doing a quarter of the work because you were in the sun and forgot ur water bottle!!

Also from a more ~social justice~ perspective...exercise isn’t a punishment on ur body for looking the way it does. Ur body doesn’t “need” or “deserve” to exercise until u feel like ur gonna pass out. (Some times for a lot of us NOT exercising is the healthy thing to do)
