so this is 2 intertwined but essentially separate issues:

- Policing! right now there is a legitimate public health need for extra policing - OK! But I think we should be keeping an eye on two things: whether the current enforcement practices are fair, and what the policing level will look like in the aftertimes

- Parks! I very strongly believe that the city should be doing all they can to keep the parks a safe available resource during this time. This would probably mean having police break up groups / fine people who aren't distancing...
