Suppose the return to normal looks like this: general stay at home is lifted. Some people will still turn up sick.
When someone tests positive, we will use their cell phone info to identify everyone that they were near for the last 14 days and ask those people to self quarantine.
You get a text message 2 days after the quarantine is lifted that says, "you have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID19. Please quarantine for 2 weeks." Do you do it?
Do you make a judgement call (it was just someone who was in the produce section when I was, I'm probably fine) or (it was someone I was in a meeting with for 3 hours, I should probably quarantine)?
What if it's someone who works for you. Do you let them work from home for another 2 weeks?
How many degrees do we go. If I was in exposed to someone who subsequently tested positive, should my family also self quarantine for 2 weeks?
Basically, if we emerge before the number of infectious persons is zero, how do we stop the spread from exploding exponentially again?
