Definitely not the way I wanted my first season with @HopkinsSports to end, but I still enjoyed every second of being the Voice of Hop in 2019-20.

I got to call nine sports along the way, and here are my favorite moments I got to call from each of those nine programs:
Field Hockey:

Coming off of its first ever trip to the Final Four in 2018, Jane Wells’ team put together another incredible season.

@JHUFieldHockey went 19-3 and this OT goal from Izzy Thompson against #4 Tufts sent the Blue Jays back to the Final Four!
Men’s Soccer:

On its way to a @CentennialConf Championship, Hopkins played in some thrillers at Homewood Field, including one on Oct. 30 vs McDaniel.

Despite 22 shots, Hop couldn’t find the back of the net. Then, Pablo Martinez sent us home in 2OT!
Women's Soccer:

Hop put together a 17-3-4 record and made a run to the Elite 8 led by Emily Maheras, who was named Conference Player of the Year and had 17 goals on the season!

One of her biggest came vs Muhlenberg when she slotted home a late PK to notch a comeback victory.
Volleyball:

I was honored to witness what Matt Troy and @JHUVB accomplished this season — a perfect 35-0 record and a National Championship!

Now let's throw it back to the Conference Championship Game vs F&M. The Blue Jays trailed 24-17 in the first set, and then THIS HAPPENED.
Women’s Basketball:

@coach_bixby’s team posted a 17-9 record and had some great moments this season, but none better than Feb. 4 vs Wash College.

@emilyhowiee splashed in a program-record 8 threes on her way to 26 points in a @JHUwbb victory!
Men's Basketball:

It was a pleasure to watch @CoachJ_Loeffler work this season. Hop went 24-4 and won a conference title, but I wanted to go back to the beginning.

On opening night against #9 CNU, @chidnnake checks in and makes a HUGE play to give @JHU_Basketball the win!
Wrestling:

On his senior night, Nathan Wertheimer pinned McDaniel's Gabe Dennis in just over a minute in his final match inside of Goldfarb Gym.

It was his 13th pin of the year, which tied the @H_Nation single-season record!
Baseball:

Nothing beats a walk-off win, even if it’s a HBP.

@JHUBaseball scored two runs in the 9th on March 1 to take down Roanoke 4-3, as the win came when Mike Ainsworth was plunked with the bases loaded!

Hop was 9-3 when it’s season was cut short.
