ok so i did some research n the company here created a software that automatically scans a selection of sites that are known to include content infringing on copyright and offer it for illegal download and files dmca claims and sends them to google automatically https://twitter.com/jhopelatino/status/1248194308081098752
the reason it shows under the “bts_twt” search is because one of the urls includes the string “bts_twt” but isn’t from twitter the bpi is a non profit collection of record labels and a lot of musicians even non brits use the anti piracy software this isn’t a suspicious case
the reason it shows up under the bpi is because it was made by a team of british devs and then the bpi saw it and decided they liked it and wanted to fund it so they bought the dev company so claims show up under their name
also they didn’t claim the birthday thing because this is the only place bts_twt appears on the entire page and it’s a video of jungkook performing begin
whoever reported the bday video reported the video shortlink which is https://t. co/N1mGIDg8rR (without the space) but without accessing the report, you can’t see https://t.co  ids on lumen and i don’t have enough time or email addresses to go searching thru all of them
don’t get me wrong tho someone definitely abused the copyright system to get yoongi’s bday video taken down, we just need to dig deeper to find the actual source because it wasn’t the bpi
