So my office boy asked me to grant him leave as his sister was sick in another city and he wanted to be with her.
Turns out his sister was having breathing problems since 2 days.
When her husband took her to Civil Hospital Sahiwal, they denied to check her...

On the plea that they are only going to treat #Corona.
The guy pleaded and confirmed that all the staff was present in the hospital but were not willing to see the patient as she didn't "appear" to be #CoronaPositive.
Eventually he had to give some "Chai Pani" and guess what, she

Was not only checked but they even took her blood sample to check for #Corona. (No swab test)
They took mobile no of the husband and told him they would call them in 3 - 4 days or whenever they get the results.
The poor husband then took her to some private hospital...

The Dr at the pvt hospital gave them some meds and told them she had problem in stomach and due to this she was having trouble breathing... (beats me but maybe stomachs cause trouble breathing)... Anyways I told the guy to call 1166 and talk to someone over the helpline and guess

What, he said my sisters husband won't allow me.... They would come and seal the house etc....
So for now she is at home waiting for some miracle to either cure her or infect the complete family (in case she is positive)...
Why I wrote this thread?
First of all, I am ashamed

Of us as a society where people are so heartless that they would even ask for Chai Pani from people unable to breathe...
2ndly #CoronavirusOutbreak is not a cause of embarrassment and we must educate others that getting tested is the only way to get healthy...
And finally

I would request @UsmanAKBuzdar or @SHABAZGIL to please inquire into the matter and hold people responsible for such negligence. I know they are in a lot of fix and things are very tough.
