Hey lawyers, just wondering...

Should employers and school admissions people even be planning on asking people about corona quarantine?

Because asking people about what they did in quarantine is assuming they weren't SICK in quarantine...
And would therefore be asking people to disclose medical information in a job interview?

Which you absolutely cannot do.

Am I wrong here?
Like wouldn't it make more sense to advise HR pros and admissions people that they absolutely should NOT be planning on asking this very question

Because it could cause them actual fucking legal problems, possibly?
Idk, I have a friend who works in HR

And I believe she would freak out and not let people ask this question in an interview...
