SO i kinda fucked up maybe? i had two apples leftover and thought they’d be great for a smoothie with my salted caramel protein shake...
and i blended it with some water, it’s like a high volume smoothie for like under 300 cal but basically it doesn’t have a smoothie texture at all, i’ve created like 30 ounces of protein infused apple sauce and i don’t know how to feel
