Apologies: If someone tries to apologize without saying what they did, even if they say it was a bad thing, it& #39;s not an apology but an attempt to move on.

Without directly saying it, it& #39;s trying to get the forgiveness without people making a real judgment on what was done--
"Can& #39;t people change?"
Yeah, but do you trust an alcoholic saying "I& #39;ve changed" when they& #39;re still in bars, still with the same people, keeping alcohol in the house...

Change requires actions, not just regret.
Finally, it sucks, but sometimes if you do something bad enough, like traumatize a living being fundamentally changing their mental development, you& #39;re going to spend your life proving you& #39;re not that person anymore.
GOOD!
Some people hurt others so badly, that victim has to live with it forever. They have a lifetime of work ahead.

I& #39;m not saying "throw them in jail to rot"
But some people do need to show they& #39;ve changed every day of their lives.
