So, back to the article. The Bear Naked Chef (dark beard) was chosen to be Mike's chef on his book tour, becoming Michelle 0. The other guy is Chef Art Smith from Disney (owns a resturaunt there)

So, on April 15, 2019 – the day of the Notre Dame fire (perhaps Sacrifice night?) we have two chefs in Paris. They know each other, but nothing on their social media indicates they were there together.
