First: brown butter chocolate chip + brown butter cookies. Quite frankly THEE best cookies I ever made. I think I’m going to make a batch this weekend again honestly.
Second: Unfortunately don’t just have a photo, but made brown butter brownies as well. Browned butter in these made them taste SUPER rich. Unsure if I would necessarily brown the butter again, but we’ll see.
Upcoming items I plan to bake:
Red velvet cake (or cupcakes depending on my mood)
Funfetti cake (i just love that shit)
Buttermilk biscuits (cause I’m a southern belle)
Apple turnovers
Donuts (cause I bought a donut pan for no real reason)
And I don’t really plan to post meals. While I can cook, I prefer baking by a long shot, that’s where I really show out. My meals to survive be basic AF and nothing to brag upon lmao
Omg, forgot to add cinnamon rolls to the list. Which is shocking given how much I ate them in college.
Terrible presentation but vanilla cupcakes + cream cheese frosting. Didn’t feel like busting out the piping tips so butter knife it was. Light, fluffy, ugh *chef’s kiss*
