Another NHS hero. Dr Abdul Mabud Chowdhury, born in Bangladesh, died today in London from Covid-19, age 53.

He was a senior consultant at Homerton Hospital and recently celebrated his wedding 25th anniversary.

According to my count, with help from the Telegraph, 13 out of 17 NHS workers who have died so far have been of BAME background.
