Who is @PSIimpact? A DC-based 501c3 that w/operations in ~70 nations worldwide under a variety of corporate structures both for-profit and not-for-profit. What? For-profit? PSI is the largest non-governmental recipient of funding (~$1B) from the WHO-affiliated @GlobalFund while having also received near ~$900mm in funds from USAID and significant funding from @gatesfoundation.
