Y'all i got goosebumps. The depth of UGH's lyricism hits rock bottom. I think y'all should really read this considering that it really hit me with all the recent issues here in twitter. The positive, constructive anger and the negative, destructive kind of anger.

a thread;
- heavily referenced from DKDKDTV. since many of yall probably hasn't watched the video yet, i don't really care about anything else but the explanation is really accurate.
First of all, antis, haters and all kinds of people here in twitter and even in person are becoming really easily triggered, it's like you haven't even poured the oil yet they're already engulfed in flames. they always seem to crave attention.
RM goes on saying, anger is an emotion, we all have a right to feel it, we all have a right to be angry but people nowadays are using it in the wrong way. At this point BTS doesn't even care about hatred directed to them because they're used to it.
They're not okay with the fact that haters are using that anger to cause harm to bts, and this applies to all people. anger should not be used in a malicious way. they're saying those kind of people are ignorant, indifferent and are feces.
At the chorus, bts also got enraged. at the fact that anger is used in a bad way. bts is also enraged at the fact that when anger is actually needed (an act of protest, a revolution that can do change) it dies out.
insert: remember when we were asking radio djs the reason why bts is served with injustice in terms of their deserved radio play? that is an example of a constructive anger, it could fix things but then those mfers want us to stfu.
Ugh here is pronounced as "uhk/oog" which in korea meant blood rushing to your head when you see something infuriating. At the hook bts says, "That's right go ugh ugh ugh ugh, until you become ashes, ugh ugh ugh ugh, until you break."
Literally implying that the haters can go off as much as they want, until they perish and disperse in ashes or until they break, bts don't give a single flying fck.
Here comes hobi's verse, "Anger rules the world, it seems like ppl can't live a day without getting angry." anger is a strong and powerful emotion and it has the ability to change the world, but then people can't survive without raging now.
there are tens of thousand of ways to get angry, whether it's for a good or bad cause, "i can rage but when it causes damage to people's life, i don't like, stop that, aye." i think this is pretty self explanatory.
"Your actions could hurt someone, your words could discourage someone, a second of your time could be someone's moment, all of that anger could cost someone's life, f*ck you." - Hobi.
insert pt 2: i'm sorry for bringing this up, but the last one, "cost someone's life" really emphasizes how serious anger could get. doesn't this remind you of someone?? i wouldn't mention but i'm sure y'all know how that line speaks the truth.
Now the next verses, Suga mocks how haters', locals' and people whose mindset is that, "what's wrong with a little bit of insult and hate, you earn money anyway stop whining! you're supposed to put up with it."
insert pt 3: isn't it so effing insulting at how people always expect them to be okay just because they earn a lot and are famous? it's like overlooking the fact that these famous people are humans too. money can't get rid of the stress and problems we have.
you're basically telling them to shut the f up and suck it up because that's what they signed up for. people say this a lot as if, they could deal and handle all the struggles and pressure with ease if they were to exchange shoes.
then they mock them again with, "ahem, ahem, ahem, ahem." it's usually said to clear your throat, to make them listen to you or when you need to get rid of the awkwardness after saying something dumb and embarrassing.
overall bts is telling us to use the energy of being angry at something that can be beneficial and has a positive effect, instead of always focusing on the negative energy we don't know is actually eventually gonna hurt us. End of thread Kgskdjssksj.
