My year old employer, wrongly charged me a licence fee, and have now pretended I owe them it back as if they 'overpaid me.'

I tried getting in touch with said old employer, they wouldn't answer or get back to me.
I give up, but I don't have the £120 they want. I relay on my partners income for support while finding a job. They are now threatening to take me to court in 30 days if I don't pay, they've got lawyer's involved.
So I'm asking for help so I can focus on anything else.

I wish I never took the job, as I've done research on them since as they've been in the news as one of the worst companies to work for. The work environment was also filled with racism, sexism and transphobia, along with illegal activities.
Please help me just pay them and get them to leave me alone. I'm currently dealing with non virus related illnesses that I can't go to the GP for and I have diagnosed depression and anxiety, so this isn't fun.
I'd do commissions or stream to raise the funds but there's a time limit and I just want them to stop harassing me.

I don't want to be doing this, but citizens advice don't answer their phones and I don't want to go to court over £120, less than the cost of a Nintendo Switch.
