Yes, among other things. Mass prolonged chaos, broken system(s)- medical, distribution (worse than TP shortages), etc.
Crisis: Real
Exploitation of the crisis: Treasonous, abhorrent, and in some cases, sociopathic
How early did the coup & their global allies know about the virus? https://twitter.com/COsweda/status/1248096056140693504
A balanced slow transition back to work sounds like a prudent step toward bringing our economy back, and avoiding psychological pitfalls of a redundant, depressed, and dysfunctional citizenry.

Extreme measures are tolerated temporarily. The definition of "temporary" is defined,
largely by the society & culture of that time/place. Listening to "chatter", I've heard many saying "I'm giving it until May 1, then I'm breaking out regardless". For whatever reason, it seems that America has largely settled on May 1 as the deadline.
POTUS has ears to the ground
and I think there will be announcements made that commit to a gradual re-opening of America that begins on May 1. If we are still in deep crisis, the return may be very limited, but... America needs reassurance and progress, so, I believe that something will be loosened then,
& better info coming from reliable sources who prove their claims via tangible evidence, rather than elusive interpretative data & charts that can be skewed to fit any desired agenda. People are weary of "experts" telling us that a pie chart says "50 more days of no toilet paper"
Because the crisis is sadly real, what we most need are cures, and it seems promising that we found them. Ideally, America will be assured of this by May 1, and will therefore be patient if the rollout to return to work is done slowly, in measured phases.
As in most things, the answer is likely in the balance, rather than the extreme. Seldom in life is "all or nothing" the only choice.

I trust the American people.
I believe our cynical nature, independent cowboy spirit, resilience, and our ingenuity will pull us through.
We have a watchful eye on oppressors and frauds,
and we have each other's backs.

Wishing peace and strength to all of you.
