Just spoke to a family member in Germany.
There, people can visit other family members and/or boyfriends & girlfriends, everyone can go out for a walk together with one other person, and they're talking about re-opening schools on April 20th!

Is Germany in a parallel universe?
Really? The person I spoke to was in Hamburg. Could it be because different German states have different rules?
