THREAD: Kirk Van Houten is often seen as a hapless loser in the midst of a mid-life crisis. But look closer and you’ll see he’s actually the best. A model father, a dab hand with the ladies and just all round the coolest guy in Springfield. Here’s to Kirk:

He sleeps in a racing car. Do you? Because, you don’t get much cooler than that. Bet your bed seems pretty boring now.

He’s recorded his own album. And get this ladies, he’s not afraid to sing from the heart. Maybe you might want to lend him a feeling now?

Speaking of ladies. Prowess much? Even a stint in prison couldn’t stop them queuing up for a ticket on the Kirk train.

He even had a fling with Edna Krabappel.

Oh and not only did he get to marry his cousin. He got to marry her twice!

But he’s not arrogant. Kirk is a man of dignity. So dignified in fact, he even knows how to draw it. And talk about art skills. You could show this to the cat and have the cat tell you what it is.

He’s always ready to party.

But he’s a career man too. Did I mention he’s a big wheel down the cracker factory?

And of course his genes produced the coolest kid in town.

Who he knows how to treat. Talk about having money!
