In addition to this we have our brothers and sisters across the the Tanzanian border namely,

Our founding father Maasinta aka Leeyo had 2 wives;

1. Entailoshi e tatene
2. Entailoshi e kedienye

First wife gave birth to 3 sons,

1. Lolkesen
2. Lelian
3. Losero

Second wife had 2 sons,

1. Lukum
2. Naiser

Note. Daughters were never mentioned because Patriachy

This 5 sons therefore founded the 5 major clans we have today.

1. Il-taarosero ( clan of the hyena) Lmfao
2. Il-molelian (clan of the elephant)
3. Il-makesen (clan of baboon) - shit ndio maana me hunyonga monkey hivi. This is my clan
4. Il-kumae (clan of rhinoceros)

5. Il-laisen (clan of the raven)

The first wife had cattle that were all red in color - Odomong'i while the second wife had oxen that were all black in color - Orokiteng'

The clans (Olgilata- ilgilat in plural) are very important in every aspect of our lives.
