Every character is most certainly viable and no change made in P+ ruins any character, in my opinion. Only changes that deserve runbacks are changes that break control schemes (CS NAir).

Just because I say it doesn't ruin characters, doesn't mean I don't prefer an old version of a character though. Charizard's new move still isn't really my thing, but I don't think it ruins the character, so I stand by what I said.
