Example of awful @pimaxofficial customer service;
I back a full 8K kit in Oct 2017. The controllers and basestations get delayed.
In Nov 2019 they offered upgrades to Index controllers and basestations for $179 due in Jan 2020.
Today, they want another $35 to ship them!?

I& #39;ve politely replied to Doris stating that I think it& #39;s unfair to ask backers for more money due to the consistent delays and that on their invoice it states shipping is included. I& #39;ll update the thread when I get a response...
To cut a long and boring story short, I won& #39;t get the controllers and basestations unless I pay the additional $35 shipping costs. Needless to say, this will be the last time Pimax get any money from me

So, the Index controller box turned up yesterday. I wondered where the basestations were!? It turns out Pimax squeezed the basestations in the underside of the controller packaging!? What company does this!? @pimaxofficial
