It might be a warm forecast for the Bank Holiday weekend but it’s not an excuse to use our parks for relaxing & socialising. We all have to stick to the guidance to save lives…[1/6]
We know our parks and open spaces are great!
But please only go out if essential, including to exercise once a day - and then #StayHomeSaveLives! [2/6]

Don’t use parks or open spaces for sunbathing, picnics, barbecues or sports – we’ll enjoy lots of time for this once we’ve helped to stop the spread of #coronavirus [3/6]
If you’re exercising - once a day - please stay local & maintain a two metre distance from others around you – avoid anywhere that’s busy [4/6]
If you’re lucky enough to have access to your own garden please use that so those in homes without access to outdoor areas can have space in our parks [5/6]
We really want to keep our parks open, but this is a critical situation & we all need to play our part.
We’ll be monitoring the situation closely and we will be forced to close them if this advice is not followed [6/6]
