Had a chat with trainer friend. We agreed that face to face training (public and in-house) we’ve always worked on is probably gone. Less travel, more WFH, and less appetite for meeting strangers (all what we expect from future) = death of our business model (1/3)
Both of us think that the only way to survive isn’t converting what we do for online (which we’re both doing to some extent). It’s to create new products and courses that work in the online world. In short, to rethink everything we do for the new environment. (2/3)
Awkward issue though: if we’re right (and I think we are), I enjoy face-to-face work more than online. The Zoom / Teams working environment is the future, but it won’t be as much fun. (3/3)
Any suggestions as to what a dinosaur does after the comet comes gratefully received (4/3)
