Been reading about Dopamine Resets. Going to try start one today and see how i get on.

⚫ I've deleted all social media on my phone (will log out ⚫ of this one after this tweet)
⚫ Netflix uninstalled
⚫ No TV
⚫ PS4 put back in the box
⚫ No more fizzy juice or chocolate.
I've been comfort eating way too much since this pandemic started. Entire Easter eggs eaten daily and its getting really unhealthy.

Diet will be chicken + veg + rice

I'm even going to cut out my normal genres of music (techno / house / rnb) and listen to stuff like Synthwave.
I'm not following the rules 100%

As I'll be using the extra time to read books and work on my affiliate websites.

I bought about 20 books.
Most people do a hard reset for 24 hours. I'm going to see if I can last a week and will record the effects here.
I lasted 1.5 days last time before I caved in to Call of Duty & binged on easter eggs.

Attempt 2 - removed even more distractions. Muted Whatsapp & Messenger groups. Removed PS4 from my room and no chocolate in the house.

Aiming for 5 days this time.
So far so good, quick update during my five-minute break. Doing the Pomodoro technique again too.

On track to putting out 30,000 words in content this week.

Its a total grind but I feel more energized today than i have in a while.
