I can’t get into any TV series lately. Emotional blockage, maybe.

So I’m watching each fight from start to end of career of famous boxers. It’s incredible human and societal drama. Especially Muhammad Ali. I highly recommend it, and most full fights are on YouTube.

One thing I've learned: If an American has ever told you they saw Ali fight live, and how great he was, there's a good chance that they booed him at the time.

And Howard Cosell is the greatest sports announcer of all time, without a doubt. His calls of Ali fights, and interviews with Ali, are simply superb to watch. What an orator.

This documentary about Sonny Liston was pretty good.
