Apart from Tablighis (who account for almost *all* the cases in Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu), the population has an extremely low test %ve rate for Covid-19. It will be good to do more tests for non-Tablighis, but the urgency is to ramp up testing for Tablighis & their families!
