Things needed to make a mask:

-interface (PELLON ES114 is what I use but any type of interface is fine, this is what keeps the germs from the person who is wearing the mask transferred to other people and vice versa)

pleated sides consider putting a metal nose guard at the top (people are using paper clips, those fuzzy arts and crafts metal sticks idk what the actual name of them are called, basically anything bendy, etsy has great options)
- if you are using the panel design alter it to fit

the face snug (this will take a few tries)
- you can find patterns for the masks on etsy, pinterest, your local charity that is making masks
- elastic for the ties (elastic is as hard to find as toilet paper so anything that is tie-able will work)
- wash your fabric as soon as

- I have learned to keep the elastic or string or whatever you are using for the ears long enough that the person you are giving it to can size it themselves & tie it instead of guess-timating bc ppl dont have the same size face & want it to be comfortable

-safety pins to thread the elastic/ribbon through the ends of the mask if thats the way you are doing it
- pin holder (this is not necessary but i think they are cute also useful for me personally)
