2) I agree w/ many points eg need to speed-up R&D tax credits & @BPatientCap @innovateuk decisions [FYI InnovateUK is doing exactly that for #Covid19 grant below and has revised its due diligence to have a 10-day decision]

Also agree co-investment v good idea. Worth noting that @innovateuk have a proven co-investment model to de risk investor appetite in early stage #tech that has been operating for c18months and could be part of the solution.
#tech will drive the economy, #innovation & +ve change. But I have one concern no-one’s talking about: #diversity (eg gender, ethnicity, socio-economic) is a big problem. Any rescue package that’s blind to the risk of reinforcing existing inequities could set us back decades.
