This is yet ANOTHER tweet towards @JetBlue. You are profiting from a pandemic. This is morally wrong and highly illegal. You refuse to refund my flights. I want my $1300.
Both the state I’m supposed to be flying from, and to, are currently under state mandated shelter in place lockdowns. The fact that you still have flights available to and from these locations is morally wrong and potentially deadly.
You’re not only putting the lives of your crew in jeopardy, but the lives of all passengers and potential family members/acquaintances of passengers. This is wrong. Refund my money, and cancel your flights for the health of everyone involved.
People are out of work and unable to pay their rent, electric, car bills, etc. and you’re still profiting from this. You’ve waived your fees for cancellation but refuse to refund. This makes no sense. I HIGHLY doubt your customers will be willing to fly with you again after this.
Meanwhile I work full time AT A HOSPITAL and put myself in harms way on a daily basis. What are YOU doing to protect this country @JetBlue?
