Oceans 8 is a film that completely lacks any original style. It has a complete misunderstanding of what the Oceans trilogy was. Instead of trying *anything* new they instead brought in a new cheap director to copy Stephen Soderberghs style & voice! It’s a near soulless cash grab

8 has a fun cast & some okay sequences. But it comPLETLEY drops the ball compared to the oceans trilogy. Nothing will beat Oceans 11 and Soderberghs passion behind the camera. This felt EXTREMELY flat considering it came out around the same time as the far superior LOGAN LUCKY
