Because I’m autistic and have sensory issues, I thought working from home would be ideal for me.

It turns out it’s not.

I basically spend my entire work day trying to transition to working.
When I worked from the office it took me 30-45 mins after I arrived to get settled and work productively.
This is with the help of my ADHD medication.

But, it’s not helpful in a meaningful way working from home. Even though I have a significantly less workload, work has gotten stressful to the point where I dread it.
