One of the saddest things was watching young ppl get yelled at "YOU HAVE TO ORGANIZE YOU HAVE TO VOTE YOU LOSERS" and they phonebanked and canvassed their asses off for months...only to lose, in some states, to a candidate who never opened a single office in that state.

This will result in a lesson learned. When young people are hectored to vote, to hustle, to organize, they will understand that it is a meaningless enterprise the the face of manufactured consent.

A candidate as poor as Biden can beat them w/o any volunteerism, ground game—

—as long as that candidate has 1) manufactured consent of media & 2)grifting endorsements.

And when young ppl are hectored to vote, they'll recall

Biden: "The younger generation now tells me how tough things are—give me a break...I have no empathy for it, give me a break."

There are powerful political forces in the US.

The vote, organized by the dispossessed, is not one of them.
