tthe thing about the continual pedophile conspiracy theories is that its just not that difficult to sex traffick human beings. you dont even have to leave the country. you can get free foster children to do whatever you want with with almost zero oversight

it is absolutely the case that rich peope abuse children. it is not true, however, that elaborate coverups or even large amounts of money are required to access victims or evade punishment. it is pathetically easy to do, and to get away with, and people do so every day.

any news outlet that specializes in really sordid and horrible stuff (like Oxygen, which is a "true crime" branded site that loves abuse stories) will have enough documentation on any given day on the front page to demonstrate how easy it is to get victims of any age

i keep saying this but people are sheltered and just dont know how it works. teens and children who end up trafficked are almost entirely sold by their parents, teachers, and significant others. young girls with older boyfriends are particularly at risk

the big, real conspiracy is that it isnt "difficult" to victimize people, or rare, and there is no such a thing as a trustworthy authority figure.
