It's healthy to air these misgivings. I'm in the same boat. I won't feel good about voting for Biden for any number of reasons.

But I will vote for Biden--and volunteer/donate down-ballot--in order to vote against the antidemocratic White supremacist misogynist in office. 1 https://twitter.com/jichikawa/status/1247923936559419393
I also think it's important to vote for Biden even if you think you're in a safe state. Voting third party just strengthens third parties, which is irresponsible in a structurally two-party system that includes an racist party committed to undermining democracy. 2
Voting third party or abstaining from the POTUS line item also takes away from the total number of votes against Trump. This may not matter in deciding this election, but every election where the majority vote differs from the Electoral College corrodes the EC's legitimacy. 3
Not voting for Biden just because you're in a safe state fails to show solidarity with those who do not live in safely Blue states. Some of us have to do the dirty work of voting for deeply flawed candidates to avert far worse outcomes. We should share that moral burden. 4
Finally, in this thread I'm taking it for granted that the dozen people who read it already agree that a second Trump term would be catastrophic, and that a Biden victory is the best outcome we can hope for now. 5/5
