Alright, I see this shit all the time. "Haha I've been blocking all day xD".

And I'mma make a thread on my opinions on blocking. You can't stop me.
I only use blocking in order to prevent harrassment or something like that. Other than that, I never use it.

I feel like it's the "run away" button when used in other situations. Don't like someone having a different opinion? Block em! Now you don't have to face other views!
And it really bothers me when people just block people they don't even know anything about.

For example, like a post saying "lol blocking a bunch of racists". Like, I can't ever trust a post like that and I assumed thay they're out for blood.
I know it's probably unreasonable, but in the current political climate these terms have been bent into buzzwords and I don't trust them.

And it feels like people just don't want to hear anything similar to "n i g g a" for whatever reason.
Or to people that say something even slightly mean. Just point the finger and devalue them instead of talking like rational adults.

And now I can't trust people's judgement of those who are really trigger happy with the block button.

I know. Unreasonable.
I lost my train of thought. So I'll just end this stupid thread.
