let's talk about who can and can't say the n-word. (a thread)

so I have mixed heritage. my paternal grandparents are black and blasian+hispanic respectively, maternal are creole+indian and caucasian+creole also respectively. I'm curious as to if me being mixed automatically disables me from saying the n word, especially since I

have caucasian in my blood. I just know those who aren't PoC cannot ever use that word, this is what I've been told. do you have to be fully black to be able to say the n word? please just give me a short answer I'm not in for the cheese, cocoa or crackers.
