I’m really sick of this all, on the one hand you have a bunch of people use helicopter memes and being immature about it - no, referencing mass killing is not a good joke even as a parody to tankies. Not a great idea, but ultimately nothing malicious, just ironic/edgy content

Then, you have a group that has outright called people fascists without sparing a single moment of generosity thinking they could be edgy shitlords and assume the worst possible intentions immediately - *while* ignoring nasty behavior like guillotine memes from people on the left

The simping stuff was a fun meme, but it pales in comparison in terms of making everyone involved seem less mature than this controversy. Act like damn adults, all that’s happening right now is people are seeing how petty you really are

Also as a hint: if you retract your apology as soon as someone else says something nasty, that doesn’t make your first impression of sincere regret seem genuine at all
