.) THREAD:

Dear fellow minorities, when we do justice on behalf of the vulnerable, we should seek to work with not just those who are all about Justice (Orthopraxy - right living), but also with those who are usually all about theology (Orthodoxy - right thinking).
.) Many of them are predominantly conservative churches and Christians. But, just because those conservative Churches and Christians lean more toward theology (Orthodoxy - right thinking), doesn’t mean they don’t want to do justice on behalf of the vulnerable.
.) Don’t write them off so quickly. Often times, in my experience with these good people @theimmcoalition on immigration, they just want to learn HOW to do justice well.
.) Therefore, they need grace and to be discipled in this area, not condemned and labeled as “those white evangelicals” or “those conservative evangelicals.” Be patient.
.) I have a ton of conservative evangelicals who support our work @TheImmCoalition because we’ve taken the TIME to help them understand biblical justice for Immigrants. Don’t be so quick to throw the cold shoulder at them. Be patient. Instead, invite them. Befriend them.
