One was cold noodles with kimchi, and the other was a cold noodle soup in a white broth. I also made friends with the servers at one of the establishments I went to twice a week bc the cook was Salvadoran and learned Korean. We would always talk and he would translate when they had some downtime. I miss those types of interactions now.
