- went from being overweight to being at a healthy weight
- quit smoking, twice
- quit drinking
- became more open as a person
- started focusing on my needs more
- started eating properly
- massive sleep change (cont.)

my sleep schedule in 2018 looked like this:
stay up for 2-6 days, 4 days on average
sleep for 4-6? hours, always fucking tired but couldn& #39;t sleep
nowadays i get 6-8 every day, a few outliers but it& #39;s rare.

- picked up photography, which i never had an interest in to be frank but last year i sort of just started getting mad interested in it, and im not half bad at it
- started feeling more comfortable with my identity, and who i am.

i owe a lot of this shit to emily ( @flowergirlcore), who frankly was a massive light in my life after experiencing something extremely rough (the loss of my friend for 12 years)
