Serious question. Reddit AITA would have me believe it's standard practice for cohabiting/married adults to pay separately and equally for everything regardless of career/lifestyle/need, etc. Is this generational, or just the kind of unbearable fuckbois who write into reddit?
Like they are so afraid of their wives and the mothers of their children being "gold diggers" they make them dig out pennies for every pint of milk? Yet they had children with them?
Is it just some weird form of financial abuse they've been trained to insist upon in the bowels of The Red Pill?
Standard redditor: I (40M) need my postpartum wife (20F) of our triplets, to pay me back $1.43 for the diapers I just bought her, as they went up at Krogers and we agreed when we were dating to split all costs equally. BTW, she's a SAHM I let live rent free in my mansion.
I think it's like that "weird rules of reddit" thing, like how according to reddit "snooping" is a worse crime than some dude having half a dozen mistresses.
