I'm writing a Mission system, and I have a MissionGiver, and because of how my brain works
Here, did you know there's a subculture of folks who seek out HIV infections? With the term for the person infecting them being the "gift giver"? https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/xyen3n/the-sex-roulette-parties-where-one-guest-is-secretly-hiv-positive

I can't even find the good expose-style articles I read previously. Looks like there's been proper actual studies on the culture done since then, too.
Anyways there. It's an odd culture to dig into and learn about. I don't even remember how I stumbled across it.

The most interesting part of all of this is, remember: this culture originates from before HIV had effective treatments. https://outragemag.com/paolo-plhiv-spread-gift/
Anyways, there's a lot of angles to the rabbit hole, and it originates from apparently 2003? At least in terms of when it became semi-public knowledge. Have fun learning. Yay. https://www.newsweek.com/rolling-stones-hiv-story-wildly-exaggerated-135057
The best bit is to read the Newsweek et al stories from 2003, about how it's wildly exaggerated, and then scroll up this thread and read the more recent ones (or find them yourselves) that further codify and lock down the idea that: yes this was always very much real.
