Thumos is a Greek word expressing "spiritedness" - also indicates an embodied correlate to "breath" or "blood."

Homer used the world "thumos" to point to emotions and desire. Thumos is a "permanent possession" of every man or woman "to which his thinking and feeling belonged."

Homeric heroes often externalized their thumos in order to converse with it directly (is that you anima..?)

Plato refers to thumos as one of three parts of the human psyche:

nous - intellect, reason
epithumia - appetite, affection
thumos - PASSION

thumos encapsulates powerful, oftentimes difficult emotions like anger or fear.

Today I felt depressed. Like numb, stuck, static, slow, lethargic. I stayed in bed for most of the day. For me, depression is a distinct lack of thumos - perhaps an unwillingness (or lack of space) to explore the difficult emotions.

This EDP is going to be a little different than the first two. Less free flowing, more designed to move and transmute stuckness.
