Anyone else have this problem where the roblox sign does not rotate, stay still and don't let you enter to a certain server?

New thing. (At least happening to me) is when you go to Create > Library and want to hear an audio, you click and it doesn't play for some reason.
Anyone going through this too?
(Not sure since I just found out some minutes ago).
