I would say they could keep the hijacking but with different movies. I’d say they’d probably have Pirates of the Caribbean as one of the stops. …Marvel like, perhaps Loki or something. Probably a property that’s safe to use since Universal still have Marvel theme park rights so GOTG, Strange, or Antman.
I would personally add Zootopia but knowing Disney, they’ll go for the most popular so Frozen, Toy Story…(3/4)

…and Lion King. They wouldn’t have to do much with the name change, they’d simply change one word making “The Great Movie Ride” to “Disney’s Great Movie Ride”.
